Foothill Athletic Club

For those of us living in the northern hemisphere, it’s becomes increasingly difficult to leave the house as the air becomes thinner and the temperatures drop below 30 degrees F. Going for a jog outside just isn’t that easy anymore. One the easier ways to stay in shape this winter is to join a gym or athletic club.
